To apply to the Australian Competition Tribunal (the Tribunal) for a limited merits review of each NSW determination to substantially lower bills for consumers (both in NSW and, by precedent, across the other NEM jurisdictions) and establish a ground-breaking precedent for consumers' involvement in merits review.
