Project summary
Very few landlords install rooftop PV on their rental properties. This project will assess existing barriers to landlords investing in rooftop PV and will evaluate potential policy solutions. We will take policy recommendations to state decision-makers in an attempt to drive changes in the availability of rooftop PV for renters.
