Project summary

The ‘game changer’ aims to drive sectoral reform that will improve support for energy consumers experiencing vulnerability. As a participant in the collaborative design process being coordinated by AER, Uniting will conduct focus groups to support a human-centred design perspective and explore proposed game changer reforms directly with consumers.
