Project summary
This project will identify effective ways to provide information, advice, and non-financial support initiatives to meet communication preferences (including channels, messaging, engagement points) of different household types identified in ECA’s Power Shift Framework. It will identify funding and/or business models that can deliver these initiatives in a financially sustainable manner.
